Fairy lights heat up quickly and can even burn the paper garland.

Make flowers will crepe paper, they last longer than real flowers and looks real than plastic ones. Bring crepe paper in many vibrant colors. Add glitter glue or shimmer on them or colorful bells. Make the festive decoration. These can be used after Diwali also.

  1. Candle Jars-

This is easy to make and looks very attractive. Pick some glass jars kept in your home, they may be of any size. Decorate their outer side by lace or other colorful papers. Place some mud if you want in the jar and add a candle inside. Lit it, and you’ll see the candle sparkling inside. This can be created through any glass jar or any shape and size. Place them in the corners and you’ll see the difference. 

  1. Paper Diya Cover- 

Easy and a very pretty décor is this paper Diya Cover. Diya looks beautiful, right? It would look more beautiful when you’ll cover them with paper covers. Fold the paper round wise, make beautiful art or paste a shimmer sticker and put it above the Diya. The color of the paper will mix with the light of Diya and it will give a divine look. You may use artificial diyas which gives artificial light, as using an original diya can fire the paper. 

  1. Tape for tealights-

Most of the people prefer tealights in place of diyas. The reason is these are easy and hassle-free. Decorative ribbons are available in the market. Bring them home, decorate them with shimmer pens and wrap around the tealights. Enjoy beauty. 

  1. Hand-painted diyas

Diwali is incomplete without Diyas. Diyas are available all over the market. Make them even more special. Color them or decorate them with beads or shimmer. This will make them look brighter and sparkler. 

  1. Photo Lights

Almost everyone uses fairy lights in Diwali. It will be fun if this time you add a classy pinch to it. How about adding your memorable photographs of the lights? Try. It is fun.
